Contact your local dealer to purchase a Service Pack. Once purchased, simply book a time that suits you, and the costs are already covered.
New Car (petrol/diesel) – 7 Year/105,000km
- Covers the first 7 scheduled services
- Purchase a Service Pack by bundling it onto a new car purchase or within 12 months from the date of sale, if your vehicle has not had its first service
- You can include a Service Pack into your car loan
- Receive up to 12 months Roadside after each completed scheduled service in your Service Pack46
- Valid at any Škoda authorised Service Centre
- Service Packs are transferable from owner to owner for the same vehicle identification number (VIN), in case you decide to sell your vehicle
Used Car (petrol/diesel) – 4 Year/60,000km
- Covers the next 4 consecutive scheduled services
- You can purchase a Used Car Service Pack any time after your vehicle has had its first scheduled service or 12 months from the vehicle warranty start date (whichever comes first)
- Receive up to 12 months Roadside after each completed scheduled service in your Service Pack46
- Valid at any Škoda authorised Service Centre
- Service Packs are transferable from owner to owner for the same vehicle identification number (VIN), in case you decide to sell your vehicle
Top up to a 7 Year pack (petrol/diesel)
- Already have a Service Pack? Today’s your lucky day. You can top up to 7 Year Service Pack. Available for eligible vehicles with an existing Service Pack33
- Receive up to 12 months Roadside after each completed scheduled service in your Service Pack46
- Valid at any Škoda authorised Service Centre

- Covers the first 5 scheduled services
- Purchase a Service Pack by bundling it onto a new car purchase or within 24 months from the start of the new vehicle warranty start date, if your vehicle has not had its first service

- Receive up to 24 months Roadside after each completed scheduled service in your Service Pack46
- Valid at any EV Certified Škoda Service Dealer

³³ Škoda Service Packs are available from authorised Škoda Dealers or online from Škoda Australia official website, for all models and covers standard items as contained in each scheduled service interval only. The New Car Service Packs can only be purchased prior to the first scheduled service and up to 15,000 km/12 months (whichever occurs first) for petrol and diesel vehicles, and up to 30,000 km/24 months (whichever occurs first) for electric vehicles. The timeframe takes effect from the start of the Skoda New Vehicle Warranty Start Date. The Used Car Service Packs can be purchased after the first 15,000 km/12 months scheduled service. The Top-up Service packs can be purchased based on the eligibility criteria as detailed in the terms and conditions. Discount structure varies by model. ⁴⁶ Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA) can take up to 48 hours to be applied to your vehicle. SIRA membership is provided by 365 Assistance Pty Ltd ABN 59 160 076 200 trading as ‘365 Assistance’ (‘365’). Whenever you request roadside vehicle assistance under your SIRA membership, you will be making that request to 365 Assistance, who will provide the services on the terms and conditions available at https://www.skoda.com.au/own/roadside-assistance. The terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations.
